Meet our Featured Speakers!

Reverend Rodney Arnold, President, Missionary Church
Rev. Rodney Arnold is President of the Missionary Church. He has been serving in the Missionary Church, as well as Lead Pastor of OneLife Church in Knoxville, Tennessee, both since 2009. He has served on the G.O.C. for the past four years and helped launch the Ignite Church Network. His spiritual gifts include leadership, administration, and discernment, his strengths are competition, individualization, relator, and belief, and he is a creative/pioneer (5 voices). Rodney grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Abingdon, Virginia, and became a Christian when he was five years old. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in communications and from Liberty Theological Seminary with a master’s degree in church planting. Rodney and his wife, Harrison, have been married fourteen years and have three children.

Dave Devries, Executive Director, vinia Region, Missionary Church
Dr. Dave Devries is the Regional Director for the VINIA District of the Missionary Church. Dave is a seasoned church planter, pastor, coach and strategist. He started Lake Hills Church, Castaic in 1990 and pastored there for sixteen years. He has served as the Director of Church Multiplication for the MCWR since 1998. In this role, he expanded their vision for church multiplication throughout the region, implemented systems for recruiting, assessing, funding, coaching and launching new churches, and targeted new areas to start churches.
Dave and his wife Deanne live in Bellevue, Washington with their golden retriever Olive. They enjoy gardening, travel, reading, coffee and hanging out with their two adult children. If Dave could go anywhere in the world, he’d love to go back to Italy and to visit Greece for the first time.

Mark & Sheryl Douras,
Refreshing Mercies Ministries
Mark & Sheryl Douras have been in ministry since 1982. Some of their ministries have included senior pastor, youth pastor, family ministries, day care and preschool director, adjunct professor at a Christian college, short-term mission leadership, missionaries, counseling, grief ministry and prayer ministry. They are both graduates of Fort Wayne Bible College. Mark received his master’s degree from Asbury Seminary. They are both certified grief counselors and mental health coaches and also have certification in play therapy, art therapy, and pet therapy. Mark and Sheryl currently live in Dunlap, Illinois, where they serve as counselors at a Christian counseling center. Sheryl is also a published author.

Worship Leader

Jodi Kloock has been the worship leader at Orchards Community Church in Romeo, MI for 11 years. She comes from a very musical family background and was raised playing and singing in church with her family. She loves to serve the Lord for His faithful goodness and mercy He has lavished over her life with her husband of 23 years, Leighton, and their 4 beautiful children - Mitchell, Brooklyn, Leighton and Oliver. The Lord has raised up 32 gifted musicians, over the past 11 years, from all ages and walks in life to join the OCC worship team - it is a constantly lively and moving/rotating team that loves to worship the Lord together! The team's prayer is that together, we can usher in the Spirit of the Lord to praise Him, glorify Him, and to prepare our hearts for all that God has in store! We are so excited to be together with you during this time of praise!
